I graduated from Sunset High School in 1990 where I won the state title for the 1500m. 

I graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 1995. I earned All American in Track NCAA II. I played midfielder on the SPU soccer team that won the NCAA div national title. 

My PR in the 1500m is 3:45

My PR in the 800 is 1:51

This year I have run 1:55 in the 800m. 

I am also a pianist and recording engineer.
